About Us
SIIX is the first Internet Exchange Point (IXP) dedicated to Southern Italy, with points of presence (PoPs) in strategic data centers across the region.
Our infrastructure is based on high-performance network switches, offering peering ports from 1G to 100G to meet the connectivity needs of operators of various sizes.
SIIX is continuously growing, actively working to expand our network and create a robust digital ecosystem for Southern Italy.
Our Services
Peering
We offer bilateral and multilateral peering sessions through our route servers. We support IPv4 and IPv6, with filtering features based on IRR and RPKI.
Security
We implement security measures such as traffic filtering and protection against DDoS attacks. We also offer support for MANRS (Mutually Agreed Norms for Routing Security).
